About VERVE

A man smiling and sitting in front of anatomy charts on the wall, wearing a black polo shirt with the name "Joshua Garrison" and "Owner/LMT" embroidered on it, as well as a logo for "VERE Muscle Studio."

VERVE Muscle Recovery uses the combination of manual therapy techniques and tools to provide a customized session to help you achieve your active goals, recover from injury or surgery. Many of the techniques used are not common in Utah, which gives VERVE Muscle Recovery a special niche in the industry. These techniques performed have prevented clients from having to face surgery or worsening injuries, resulting in getting them back to what they love to do much faster.

Routine appointments will help the muscle increase pliability which will increase function and prevent future injury.

Verve Muscle Recovery has provided their services to events such as 29029 Everesting, working with CrossFit and other gyms in the area, as well as high school and college star athletes.

We look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

About Joshua

Joshua Garrison is the owner and acting LMT for Verve Muscle Recovery. He currently lives in Weber County with his wife Heather, and their 3 children. Their youngest daughter was born with Apert Syndrome; a rare genetic mutation that causes fusion of the skull, hands and foot bones.

Joshua grew up in Western North Carolina where he attended massage therapy school. During his 10 years of practice, he has obtained skills specific to the unique techniques he uses in his sessions today. This specific skillset is what sets him apart from other LMT’s in Utah.

He is also an Air Force Veteran, and was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.

Joshua is an avid snowborder, enjoys hiking the mountains with his family, loves playing guitar and singing karaoke.
